Vyneherb's revenue was stuck in the 5-figure range. After conducting a detailed audit of over 43 pages, along with media buyer agency, we identified some opportunities to help them grow - an underperforming ad creative strategy, overreliance on static ads instead of UGC videos, and a standard, unappealing offer that failed to resonate deeply with their audience.

Execution
During the first month, I conducted thorough market research, competitor analysis, and social listening to better understand their target audience and how they resonate with the creatives. I focused on highlighting VYNEHERB’s “Made in Korea” credibility while addressing the key pain points uncovered in our research.

A three-phase ad creative plan was launched:

I also led the UGC strategy, overseeing ideation, developing detailed creative briefs, and managing creators to ensure brand alignment, content quality, and engagement, optimizing campaigns for maximum reach and impact.

I have created different concepts with visual hook variations, copy variations etc to find the winning UGC.
Results
Along with media buyers, by month three, we doubled ad spend and saw a +107.87% increase in monthly revenue— breaking their previous records while maintaining a stable 4x ROAS.
This success wasn’t just about numbers; it marked the highest monthly revenue Vyneherb had achieved since starting their business.
Through strategic offers, high-performing creatives, and precise targeting, we helped them to unlock their potential and set the stage for long-term growth.
